Matthew specialises in retained services and headhunting assignments, and has built entire sales teams from the ground up, as a long term recruiting partner to many of his clients.
Described by his peers as a dedicated and tenacious recruiter, Matthew also has a reputation for his heart of gold and for lighting up a room with his positive and energetic demeanour in the office. It’s rumoured that he falls short when it comes to the tea and coffee round, but hey, no one’s perfect.
Matthew stays very active in his spare time as a keen golfer and skier, as well as participating in endurance based challenges and obstacle races. When relaxing, you’ll find Matthew spending quality time with friends and his young family.
