About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead business development and drive revenue growth within the energy sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.

  • Proven experience as a Sales Director, Head of Sales, or senior sales leader in the energy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of energy markets, industry trends, and commercial drivers.
  • A track record of successfully leading sales teams and delivering significant revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and execute growth opportunities.
  • Experience in complex contract negotiations and high-value sales.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive profitability.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
